- If you’ve already ordered a sample and want to see additional swatches before making a final decision, I’ll send you additional swatch colors free of charge.
- Digital proof of all your printed pieces within 2 business days after purchase and receipt of all your wording and details.
- Wedding Invitation Assembly. We don’t stuff your envelopes (you still need to add postage) but we do all the hard work like inserting your envelope liners, making and attaching your wax seals or other embellishments so you don’t have to.
- One on one access to me, your designer with 20 years of experience as a graphic designer and the wedding industry. I've seen it all and am a great resource for advice, etiquette and so much more to help and guide you along the way!
Return Address Printing
WHAT MAKES THIS INVITATION SPECIAL
The best part about all our invitations is the paper. Our standard paper option is a super thick, 120# Eggshell White Cardstock. You can also upgrade to double-thick paper which is 240# and makes for an incredibly luxurious look and feel.
I’ve been doing this for nearly 20 years, and have become quite a paper snob. I would confidently put our paper and printing up against even the big stationery companies! I’ve worked very hard over the years to bring my special customers only the absolute best!

SAMPLES
Samples are always available and typically ship in about 3 days. If I’m out of stock, I’ll contact you with an updated ship date. Samples will include the invite, RSVP, at least one details card, envelope liner and at least two additional add-on items. While we cannot always accommodate requests, if there is something specific, you’d like to see in your sample, please let us know and we’ll do our best.
HOW TO ORDER
We’ve done our best to offer you a few options based on your needs.
If you know what you need, go ahead and add it to your cart and check out. This option is great if you know what you want, you have all your details, wording, etc. Together and you’re ready to get started.
If you’d rather break your suite up into two payments, contact the shop and let me know what you need and I’ll set up a custom listing for you. This option is ideal if you are ready to get started but don’t have a final quantity or are still deciding on exactly what additional pieces you’ll need. You will be required to make your final selections and complete payment in full (including any additions made after the original payment) before your order goes to print.
If you aren’t 100% sure what you need but want to get moving on the design so it’s ready when you are or if you want to hold your spot on our calendar before making a final decision, you may purchase the non-refundable $250 deposit in the listing. Your remaining balance is due at the time of final approval for printing and must be paid prior to anything going to print.
Please note that production times typically takes a bit longer in this scenario because any materials required to complete your order are not ordered until payment is complete.

A Generic Sample
Place a Deposit: If you aren’t sure of final quantity, need help with the exact pieces you need or want to get your date locked in, you may purchase a non-refundable deposit to get the ball rolling.
Invite 120lb Invite+Env: This includes the invitation on 120lb white or ivory cardstock plus the main envelope with return address printed on the back flap.
LP Invite+Env: This is for a Letterpress upgrade to the invitation only. Multi-color artwork is digitally printed and just the text is letterpress printed. This is for ONE color letterpress printing. Main envelope with return address on back flap is included – digital printing only. Letterpress ink colors are to be chosen from a separate color chart. We will provide this to you with this option.
Foil Invite+Env: Same as Letterpress. Foil printing is for Invitation only in ONE color. Multi-colored art is digitally printed. Foil colors are available via a separate color chart of available colors.
RSVP Only: Includes standard 4Bar (3.5 x 4.875) RSVP card. Ideal for those providing a website to RSVP or for QR codes.
RSVP +Env: Includes standard RSVP card with matching envelope. Envelope includes your return address on the front.
Large Details Card: A2 (4.25 x 5.5) details card. Ideal for hotel accommodations and/or travel information.
4 x 4 Details Card: 4” square details card. Ideal for wedding website or use as Reception Card.
Main Envelope Liner: Add a matching envelope liner to your main envelope. Choice of designs or we can use your photo or art. **PLEASE NOTE: While there are standardized sizes for envelopes, the flaps of envelopes vary between manufacturers. Our envelope liners are designed to fit the envelopes we carry. If you purchase our liners as a supply for envelopes purchased elsewhere, we are not responsible for a proper fit. We only guarantee our liners for our envelopes.
Belly Band: Our standard cardstock belly band to match your invitation.
Vellum Belly Band: Our standard belly band printed on vellum.
Vellum Jacket: Buy alone or with part of your wedding stationery suite.
Wax Seal: Includes standard designs from our wide range of colors.
White Ink – Dark Envelopes: Darker envelopes require white ink printing. If you are choosing an envelope color marked for white ink printing, you must purchase this option if we are to print your envelopes with return address or guest addresses – otherwise your envelopes will come blank.
Guest Address: Black ink, guest address printing on main envelope.
Custom Wax Seal: This flat fee is for the design of a custom wax seal in choice of sizes and shape for you to keep and reuse.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR WORDING INFORMATION
In the personalization box, please provide the information required to create your proofs, including the following as applicable to your order:
Full Invitation wording exactly as you’d like it on your invitation. (Please do not try to center or format text) If you have requests, please just leave a note rather than try to set it up visually.
RSVP Card info including: RSVP Date, Response line wording, meal choices if applicable, any other custom text requests for this card
Details card wording – either size (if including): hotel reservations, reception information, wedding website, shuttles, booking information, etc.)
Envelope Color Choice
Return Address (if including envelope printing)

ABOUT YOUR PROOFS
We do not provide you with proofs before an order is placed. Once your order has been received (see options above) you will receive your personalized proof of all your printed pieces within 2-3 business days after purchase. (Please note: Shop hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Zone. I do take nights and weekends off to be present with my family.)
Your proofs will arrive via your Etsy account so you will need to either check into your Etsy account frequently or turn on your email conversation notifications. Our timelines are based on a 48 hour response time. If I don’t hear from you, a follow up message will be sent. Delays in responses will delay the completing of your project.
Every order includes your initial proof, plus THREE (3) rounds of changes. Please take your time to review everything carefully during each round. Do not feel like you need to respond right away. Have other sets of eyes review it for you as well to make sure nothing gets missed. Then, once you have compiled your list of changes, respond with ONE (1) message. Each response with changes counts as ONE (1) round, so please take your time before responding.
Nothing is printed without your written approval. When you are ready to approve, you will be required to provide a clearly written approval (cannot simply be “looks good” or “perfect”) acknowledging that you have reviewed your proofs in full as well as understand our proofing policy (see below) and approve your proofs to be printed as shown.
PROOFING POLICY
Your stationery will be printed exactly as shown on the approved proofs so please take the time to review all of the text and wording throughout the entire proof set. Should you find an error on your stationery, please respond with your changes or questions. We cannot accept returns or process refunds, replacements or reprints due to errors on approved proofs, regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Times will vary a bit depending on the number of add-ons and assembly required to complete your order. While most orders ship 2 – 3 weeks after proof approval, some orders may take a bit longer. All orders ship USPS Ground(2-5 days) for free or Priority(2-3 days) for orders over $1000.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
I encourage you to message me with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing a listing.
Orders cancelled within 1 business day of purchase will be fully refunded as long as I have not started working on your poofs.
Orders cancelled after receiving a custom proof, but before we go to print will receive a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled after the physical production process will not be refunded in any way.
Due to the personalized nature of all invitation refunds, replacement or exchanges are not possible once approval to print has been received. All packages are insured during shipping, so if there is any damage to your order, replacements will be provided as long as proof of the damage is provided for the insurance claim.

Invitations and Save the Dates Timeline:
If you would like your invitations or save the dates to get to you before I leave on a trip, it will need to be approved to print at least 2 weeks prior to when I leave.
Day of stationery & Most Event Stationery:
Most day of stationery items and event stationery & invitations ship straight from my printer usually within a week. If your wedding is scheduled while I am away, please plan accordingly so that I can schedule printing of your order before I leave.
Other Stationery
Items printed and cut in-house must be ordered in time to ship prior to when I leave. Orders placed right before a trip may be delayed. Customers impacted will be notified of the adjustment to their order schedule. Please plan accordingly.

Card Sizing: Invitation 5 x 7 inch, RSVP 3.5 x 5 inch, Small Details 3.5 x 5, Square Details: 4 x 4, Large Details: 5.5 x 4.25, Belly Band: 2.5 x 11, Backer/Matte: 5 x 7 (if including, invitation will be 4.5 x 6.5 to 4.75 x 6.75)
Envelopes: Envelope paper varies on brand. 70 - 80lb. Euro flap is standard. Some colors also available in square flap. Contact us with inquiries.
What Can be Customized on the Invitations: your invitations can be customized with any wording. Fonts can be changed if you can provide a reference to another design from our shop. We are not able to match fonts to a design not created by Raspberry Creative. Font/text colors are also included.
Many graphics / art work can include LIMITED color changes. Please contact us before purchase to confirm color changes can be made. Note: Some color changes may take longer.
Our designs include a proof plus THREE complimentary rounds of changes. If more changes are requested after the third round is complete, each additional round is $25.
RUSH orders may be available at an additional fee and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Rush fees are an additional 25% of the order total or a minimum of $50.00. Rush orders must be confirmed BEFORE an order is placed to make sure we are able to accommodate. Rush orders do not include upgraded shipping.
*** Please note that colors can vary depending on your computer or mobile device screen and may appear different once you receive your invitations in person. The same is true for printing your proofs on your own (at home or work) to proof them. Raspberry Creative is not responsible for any orders that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your screen or printed at home.
